About Us
The Reich College of Education introduced the Information Technology Resources and Services Group to help manage the availability, planning, and maintenance of all technology-related issues for the College.
The group is responsible for supporting the following areas:
- Classroom Technology
- College Web Presence
- Faculty / Staff Computer Support
- Information / Database Management
- Application Development
In addition, other services are provided on a case-by-case basis.
The RCOE ITS manages four computer labs, including one media-technology lab, and is staffed by five full-time university employees and temporary student employees.

Location
Technology support staff are located throughout the building, but the primary support locations incude the Media Technology Lab (Duncan Hall - O4), and the technology support office (Duncan Hall - 213G).
