The help request system is used to alert the RCOE Techincal Support Group of issues or questions arising from faculty and staff of the College of Education only. If you are not affiliated with the College of Education, your request will not be processed unless prior arrangements have been made.

We will try to address your problem as soon as possible, however all requests are prioritized based on the need and ability of the customer to perform "everyday duties" as set forth in their contract with Appalachian State University.
