O4 Media Lab

The Media provides multi-media and technology support for the College of Education. Services include equipment checkout to College of Education students, faculty and staff. The Media Lab may be reserved by College of Education faculty and staff for demonstration purposes. However, the lab will remain open for student, faculty, and staff use.

Equipment available in lab:

  • 20 iMac computers
  • 2 Flatbed and slide/negative scanners
  • B/W laser printer (fee based)
  • Videotape duplicating and editing system (MiniDV & VHS)
  • Audio Editing - recording, mixing, dubbing, and editing audiotape
  • VCR/TV viewing stations
  • Infrared overhead transparency maker

Checkout Equipment

  • Digital video cameras (24 Hours)
  • Digital still cameras (24 Hours)
  • Portable tape/CD player
  • 2 PC Laptop carts (number of PCs/cart = 24 & 28) (faculty only)
  • 4 iBook laptops (faculty only)
  • Video/Data projectors (faculty only)
  • Document Cameras (faculty only)

* Extended checkout periods must be approved by Technology Facilities Coordinator. This equipment is only checked out to College of Education students, faculty and staff.
